This badge lets potential lenders and home buyers or homeowners know that you are familiar with the ins and outs of renovation loans. They don't have to waste a lot of time teaching you how to create your bid, you already know how it must be broken down to satisfy the rigors of the FHA lenders. 

While there is no such thing as an "approved 203k contractor" this badge shows the world that you have take the time, and a course to learn how to present a bid and it puts you miles ahead of the vast majority of contractors that will complain about how they will get paid and how detailed the bid must be.
